Cows milk!!!!
Eating about 20 oz of while milk a day
with 3 meals and snacks all day.

Naps: 2 a day 9-11, 1:30-3:30


Schedule:

7:30am -  - up and bottle

8:15- breakfast
9-11 - nap 

11:30am - lunch

1:00- bottle

 1:30-3:30 - nap 

5:00 - dinner

6:00 -bath, bottle, bed

6:15 - in bed!!!!!!

Ty naps when twins go down for 2nd nap.

Greatest thing ever, to have them all nap at same time!

Only about 6 weeks late.....  better late then never!
